These images shows an early type LaGG-3 after a crash landing. The images were taken in different times, and show the progressive deterioration of the wreck.

The most interesting characteristic of this early LaGG-3 is the double numeration:
 

  • a large 60 on the fuselage, rotated on both sides;
  • a smaller 460 on its tail.


The camo of the plane looks fully standard.

Balance weights are visible both above and below the rudder, and the tail wheel looks retractable with doors.
