This aircraft is shown on a "Sovjetskje Samoljety film 2, Krylja Rossii" Russian videotape of 1998; many aircraft with such camouflage are visible, showing the same painting of the nose and mid fuselage, but variations in rear fuselage and wing. On the movie, one can see also a plane without the blac bands on the rear fuselage and tail, and one with an huge black band from the rear fuselage to the tail. Unfortunately the numbers of other planes are unreadable.
The unit  is unknown; one can see resemblance of the camo seme with some planes (36 etc) of 401 IAP in summer 1941, that were painted on an uniform green base, but I suspect that the movie was done in 1942, and the planes were repainted with this unusual scheme to delete a winter camouflage.
For what one sees on the movie, the nose could be painted black on the undersurface too.
The plane is of late type, probably with slats; the tail doors are lacking, and the tail wheel is locked out even in flight.
The upper camo scheme is well visible in the movie, and it's nearly symmetric.
Note the white painted tip of the rudder and stabilizator, and the different size of numbers.
