A sword with a wing was the emblem of the 3 iak (fighter corps) where 402 iap (fighter regiment) belonged as a part of 265 iad (fighter division). However, many variants of this emblem can be seen within units from 3 iak.

Unfortunately, I do not know any photo of this plane from the other side. However, planes with such complicated/advanced personal graphics are often, almost exclusively photographed only from one side. It could mean that there was nothing interesting on the other side, e.g. no white heart with eagle on the starboard side.
The plane is camouflaged in standard blue grey AMT-11 and dark grey AMT-12 on the upper surfaces and light blue AMT-7 on the under surfaces according to the NKAP 1943 order from the summer 1943.
